The  Total  Body  Cleanse  &  Childbirth

I had always heard horror stories of how uncomfortable pregnancy could be and how painful childbirth was.   It was an easy rumor to buy into, but it is just not true.  At least, not for me it isn’t. 

I did my first Total Body Cleanse when I was 20, about four months before I got pregnant with my daughter Zea.  I had never done any Cleansing before and I had just switched over to an organic diet.  I did great on the Cleanse.  I felt good and looked good.  The first three parts of the Cleanse were great but when it came down to the Kidney part, I started small cheats here and there and did not complete this last very important part of the Total Body Cleanse.

Well a few months went by and I got pregnant!  Byran and I were absolutely thrilled!!!  Everything was going perfectly until I got a urinary tract infection that stuck with me until the end of pregnancy.  This UTI lead to a Kidney infection that showed me the worst pain I have ever felt.  It was no big surprise as to why I had this very annoying problem.  Finally after weeks of Kidney Cleansing under Doc’s directions while pregnant I got it to a manageable point (with the help of family), but it still persisted until the end of my pregnancy.  I fully attribute this complication to not completing the Cleanse.  I had Zea at a birthing center with my Husband Bryan, my Mom and a midwife.  I had the birth I wanted.  It was a quick and painless birth, all Natural, with no drugs at all.  I remember after she was born saying, “ That was easy, I could do that again.”  Zea was and is Happy and Healthy.

Now a little time has passed and the winter after Zea’s 1st Birthday in November came with a gluttonous air.  Homemade Chocolate Sauce, Cakes, Pumpkin Bread, Pies, eating out and everything else that goes with being a Holiday Hog!  However, as a Family we decided to do a Total Body Cleanse in January after the Holidays were over.  Bryan and I decided we wanted another child and thought now would be a good time.  We liked the age difference our kids would have, but this time we did a complete and thorough Total Body Cleanse.  I personally did a back to back Total Body Cleanse and Incurables Program to make sure I was as clean as I could  possibly be for the baby.  I felt better than ever!!!  I had More energy, was more awake, and I just felt so Alive!  We got pregnant about a month later.  My entire second pregnancy was a breeze!  It was so easy and comfortable.  I knew I had fully prepared my body to create life and it was happy to do its job now that everything was back to functioning without being marred by Toxins.  This time Bryan and I decided we wanted to do this child bearing experience a little differently.  We didn’t want to find out the sex of the child, and most importantly we wanted a Home Birth.  So, we studied up and did our own “at home checks” to keep track of the pregnancy.  I made sure to have my Total Nutrition EVERY day as well as Udo’s Oil and good Organic Vegetables, Fruit, and Protein. 

Well, It came to the end of my pregnancy and we went to see the midwife to get proof of pregnancy to get the birth certificate after the baby was born.  While there we discovered that I was already 4½ centimeters dilated!  The midwife said that the baby could come tonight or any time within the week.  I had ordered an “At Home Birthing Kit” online and Bryan and I went home and Bryan proceeded to prepare the house to have the baby.  We sent Zea over to spend the night with Nana, Papa and Auntie CC.  At 10:30 Bryan and I went to bed because nothing seemed to be happening.  Then I woke up at 1:30 to go to the bathroom and when I got back in bed I heard a loud POP.  It felt like the baby had kicked down.  Then I turned over and realized my water had broken.  This is when the contractions started and our beautiful, healthy baby boy Xander was born 1 hour later with just Bryan and I at home.  It was perfect!  I know that this could not have been possible had I not been so healthy from all the Cleansing I had done.

There is no better way to clean out and re-sync your body than the Total Body Cleanse.   I would highly recommend Doc’s program to any couples planning to get pregnant or to ANYONE looking to raise their vitality and live a cleaner, healthier, more alive life.
